Q: What types of plants do you grow and sell?
A: At Plant Up, we grow over 50 varieties of fruit trees, a wide range of herbs, seasonal veggies, greens, and flowering perennials in our quarter-acre home garden and nursery. We also source plants from specialist nurseries for clients as needed.

Q: Can you help me choose the right plants for my garden?
A: Absolutely! We specialize in selecting the right varieties of plants for your garden based on your specific requirements and can source them from trusted nurseries.

Q: How do I know which plants are best for my garden?
A: We’re here to help! Contact us for tailored advice or visit during our Plant Sale or Garden Tours for hands-on guidance.

Q: What if my plant arrives damaged?
A: While we take great care in packaging, accidents can happen. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

Shipping and Pickup

Q: When do you ship orders?
A: Orders are shipped on Mondays. Please place your orders by midday Sunday to ensure they are included in the Monday shipment.

Q: Which courier service do you use?
A: We exclusively use NZPost non-signature delivery for shipping. This service is reliable and ensures your plants are handled with care.

Q: Can I pick up my order?
A: Yes! Pickups are available on Saturdays. We will notify you via email once your order is ready for collection.

Q: How are plants packed for shipping?
A: Plants are securely packed in custom-made boxes designed to ensure safe travel.

Q: Do you ship outside New Zealand?
A: No, we currently ship only within New Zealand to comply with biosecurity regulations.

Payments and Refunds

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit/debit cards and online bank transfers. All transactions are processed securely.
